Aside from being the thinnest HTC phone, this device is rumored to be an Ice Cream Sandwich phone. The processor will be Snapdragon S4 series at 1.5Ghz dual core.

The display is a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED with qHD resolution while the camera is 8-Megapixel with 1080p recording capability.  There are questions in other blogs about the capacitive button. They say that this might not be ICS during the roll out and others also pointed out that even it has buttons (physical) the ICS supports phyical button  just like the Samsung Galaxy S2.

If you compare HTC Ville (reportedly less than 8mm) to some of the thin Android phones and the iPhone here is the result. Motorola Droid RAZER at 7.1mm, Galaxy S2 8.4mm and the iPhone 4S at 9.3mm.

This phone is more likely be HTC’s next crown jewel or ICS flagship from HTC. It will be bundled with Beats technology and Sense 4.0 however no official information coming from the Taiwanese company. Probably we can see this on display at MWC 2012 sometime in February.

HTC Puccini leaked interface screenshots/android-tablets/htc-puccini-leaked-interface-screenshots/ /android-tablets/htc-puccini-leaked-interface-screenshots/#comments Thu, 11 Aug 2011 15:47:52 +0000 /?p=1445 The HTC Puccini is the anticipated tablet from HTC, though the HTC Flyer is the first tablet from the said company. There are only few details about this HTC Android tablet and recently PocketNow released some screenshot of the HTC Puccini Interface.

The Puccini Interface is the Sense UI and tablet OS is an Android 3.2 Honeycomb and 1.5 dual-core Qualcomm processor. There is a pen icon in the navigation bar that many think that this tablet supports stylus based input – the HTC Scribe. The HTC Scribe is also a feature of the HTC Flyer.

The virtual keyboard is also the same as those of the Flyer but there is a numpad when viewed at landscape.

The HTC Puccini will be available via AT&T and in the status it has H+ but most likely there will be a pure 4G version of this tablet. I hope that this tablet will be available outside the United States and with variants like WiFi only or 3G versions just like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9.

What do you think of this tablet? It has Android 3.2 Honeycomb and a dual-core 1.5Ghz processor. Which one will you choose? the Galaxy Tab, Xoom or this Puccini.
