The Consumer Electronic Show 2013 popularly known as CES is just few days away in Las Vegas and we already have lots of ideas for what are stored for us this year one of them is the the official announcement of Tegra 4 from Nvidia. The Tegra 4 codenamed ‘Wayne’ is a pure quad-core System on a Chip with 4 ARM Cortex – A15 CPU Cores plus 72 core GPUs that is 6x faster than the Tegra 3. This new SoC from Nvidia is a lot cooler and battery friendly thanks to its 2nd generation battery saver core. This core is automatically being used if the system is not loaded or in standby mode. Also LTE capability is already on the chip – the Icera i1500 chipset.
This is also the first mobile processor capable of running videos up to 4K (4x 1080p). I can really predict the coming of ultra-high definition gaming on portable devices. This processor is a lot faster in rendering 3D paired with High Definition screens like Super AMOLED HD or IPS HDs. For sure their will be demo units at CES 2013 and lets just wait and see
