Sony Philippines is holding the Sony Summer Hotspot Expo 2011 – a 3 day event starting from March 11 – 13, 2011 at the SM Megatrade Hall 1.

Along with the event, Sony Phillippines will also be accepting pre-orders for Sony Ericson Xperia Arc.
The Xperia Arc was officially announced last January 2011 at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The Xperia Arc is powered by a single-core 1-Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and the first SE Smartphone to have Bravia Engine. The same engine that is being used by Sony Bravia TV. This engine produces a stunning HD display. With its HDMI output you can use your monitor like Plasma, LCD or LED display as a secondary monitor for your Xperia Arc. Giant monitor ey!
Sony has not yet announced the pricing and release date for the Xperia Arc but if orders are made it will be release here in the Philippines sooner or later this third quarter.
