Baka meron willing mag-setup ng XPLAY, la ko panahon kase to fully explore rooting, unlocking bootloader, etc... I'm located near Cubao lang, baka may gusto maki-pag deal =) so far, na-update ko lang 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 using PC Companion. Yun pa lang nagawa ko, and install snes emulator and roms.

Eto lang naman ipapagawa ko sana:

1. Root yung stock 2.3.4 (pag rooted ba, ma-uupdate ko parin ito to official SE ICS release?)
-delete all bloatware, need help ano pwede alisin sa hindi.
2. Custom Kernel (Doomlord) - for overclocking
- plan ko SetCPU or NoFrills, or Set Xperia CPU na naka 1.4Ghz during gameplay and apps, 1.2ghz normal operations and 800Mhz idling/standby.

3. Apps2SD or Link2SD all games and media to SD card default install, free up at least 250mb internal.

4. Chainfire3d, BraviaEngine, Xperia Camera mod, Go Launcher - installed sa internal.
5. At least 3 themes lang installed and 3 wallpapers, 3-5 ringtones, the rest delete, para malinis.
6. SNES9x - 5 roms, FPSE - 2 roms, and GBA emulator - 5 roms.

willing to pay 1k or give my e71 unit to anyone who could help/assist preferably near Cubao / Proj.4

If SE will release the upgrade for Android 4, even you have a rooted phone still you can upgrade to the latest OS.

2. Custom Kernel (Doomlord) - for overclocking

I have no experience in OCing a phone though there are rooted apps that can be use to set your phone clock speed.

3. Apps2SD or Link2SD all games and media to SD card default install, free up at least 250mb internal.

You can install app2sd once you are rooted. I am not sure but in Samsung you can move your apps to SD.

4. Chainfire3d, BraviaEngine, Xperia Camera mod, Go Launcher - installed sa internal.

Chainfire3D supports XPLAY?

Somehow I think you need a full custom ROM, why dont you try CyanogenMOD 7 - Team Xperia Built. Also there are some strip down custom ROM from XDA.
