The HTC Puccini is the anticipated tablet from HTC, though the HTC Flyer is the first tablet from the said company. There are only few details about this HTC Android tablet and recently PocketNow released some screenshot of the HTC Puccini Interface.
The Puccini Interface is the Sense UI and tablet OS is an Android 3.2 Honeycomb and 1.5 dual-core Qualcomm processor. There is a pen icon in the navigation bar that many think that this tablet supports stylus based input – the HTC Scribe. The HTC Scribe is also a feature of the HTC Flyer.
The virtual keyboard is also the same as those of the Flyer but there is a numpad when viewed at landscape.
The HTC Puccini will be available via AT&T and in the status it has H+ but most likely there will be a pure 4G version of this tablet. I hope that this tablet will be available outside the United States and with variants like WiFi only or 3G versions just like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 8.9.
What do you think of this tablet? It has Android 3.2 Honeycomb and a dual-core 1.5Ghz processor. Which one will you choose? the Galaxy Tab, Xoom or this Puccini.
