After the hype about Google Nexus S and the newly released Android 2.3 Gingerbread, there is a new headliner. Engadget has the exclusive pictures and specs of the latest LG Android Smartphone. The LG Star will be the first Android to have dual core processor. The latest LG Star is powered by Nvidia Tegra 2. The Tegra -2 will also power the upcoming Android tablets.
The tentative release will be in the early first quarter of 2011. The LG Star is the first dual core android to hit the market. There is no verified information yet if the LG Star will have Gingerbread or Froyo in its debut.
LG Star main features are 1080p video recording; 8-Megapixels rear camera, front-facing video call camera, microSD slot, MicroUSB connectivity, and a 1500mAh battery.
