A new trend is emerging, Android phones are getting wider screen and getting thinner. Like LG Optimus Black, Xperia Arc and the thinnest Galaxy S II another player came to town. The NEC Medias is now considered to be the thinnest Android Smartphone at 7.7mm thick.
NEC Medias N-04-C will launch later this week on NTT DoCoMo – Japan. The thinnest Android smartphone is running Android 2.2 Froyo with NFC capability, 4-inch WVGA display. No further information if NEC will market this internationally.
