Mobile World Congress mania continues at Barcelona, after the Samsung Galaxy S II official announcement and now being followed by official announcement of the Galaxy Tab 2. Galaxy Tab 2 specification goes official too.
Tab 2 is powered by Android 3.0 Honeycomb, Nvidia Tegra 2, 10.1 inches 1200×800 dispaly at 10.9mm thick. The battery is 6860mAh, 8-MP pixel camera, 1080p playback and recording.
Judging from the system specification this is a total contender to XOOM and even iPad. The only issue will arise later if Samsung will give us the frequent update that we [customer] always wanted. At this moment, Honeycomb is enough for our needs.
