LG Electronics is preparing for the big announcement in the newly opened MWC 2011 in Barcelona, Spain. LG officially release a statement that they will announce the LG Optimus 3D and LG Optimus Pad. LG’s first Honeycomb Tablet.
Rumors sorrounds that the LG Optimus 3D will be using dual-core OMAP4430 based on the 1 GHz clock speeds from Texas Instrument. Only few details about its CPU but the OMAP4430 uses a PowerVR SGX540 GPU similar to Galaxy S but clock a little bit faster.
Samsung has some issues with software update before and if LG is enable to give updates regularly to their phones they might convence new Android users to get their units.
