HTC Devices Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade schedule

If you are an HTC owner and eager to get the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for your device HTC has the time table for the roll out. Right now the Incredible S and the Sensation family are getting the timely update.  To check if you have an available over the air update just go to Settings>About>Software Updates.  The update should be available for all version and carrier in 45 days after that if you still don’t get the update contact the HTC customer support.

Sadly all HTC device with 512MB of RAM and less will not get the ICS upgrade. These devices include the HTC ChaCha, HTC Salsa, HTC Wildfire S, HTC Explorer, and others. For the HTC tablets there is no plan yet for the ICS upgrade and will still be using Android 3.2 Honeycomb. These tablets are the HTC Flyer, HTC EVO View 4G, and HTC Jetstream.
