CES 2012 – SONY just announced a gorgeous Android smartphone and officially called as the SONY XPERIA S. The XPERIA S was leaked before as SONY ERICSSON “Nozomi” though the specs has been transferred to the XPERIA S. It has a display of 4.3- inch display “zero-gap” and powered by a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor.
This phone is one of the few smarthphones equipped with a 12-Megapixel camera and SONY called this as Exmor R camera with Panorama shots capability. The Android OS for this phone is Android 2.3 Gingerbread and promised to be upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This is also a PLAYSTATION certified which enables you to run XPERIA PLAY optimized Android games.

Looking on its specs and feature, this will be an expensive Xperia phone. Since I’m a Sony fan and I’m planning to buy this when its available in the Philippines but I hope its not too expensive.
