Like the Motorola XOOM, Toshiba showcased their tablet during the CES11. This tablet codenamed ANON is powered by Tegra-2 processor.
The Tablet has 10.1 inches display with resolution of 1280×800 WXGA. The screen has an adaptive technology using the ambient light sensor it will automatically adjust not only the brightness but the contrast ratio.
It has HDMI output 1080p video through the full size HDMI port. Full USB ports, full SD card up to 64gigabyte. 5-MegaPixels back camera and 2megapixel for front facing camera.
The demo tablet is powered by Android 2.2 Froyo but it will be fitted with Honeycomb once launched. One notable feature is the responsive scrolling. It’s early to tell if this will really hit the market.
I’m hoping that Toshiba tablet will release this Tablet in South East Asia especially here in the Philippines.
